On December 21st, 2020, Executive Cleaning was founded by Nikola Prvulj and Dan J. Berger, with a vision to establish a strong local cleaning operation that will be replicated all over the world through the franchising model. Today, Executive Cleaning is serving more than 1M SqFt of commercial space in Treasure Valley, working with 7 major property management companies and employing more than 30 people.

 

The company is offering a broad range of services, with janitorial in its core.

Executive Cleaning Systems and Processes, which heavily involve technology, are enabling the firm to communicate in real time, follow up immediately, and resolve any issue fast. Streak, QuickBooks, Google Workspace, and Swept Janitorial are our core platforms and the base for the company to scale up.

 

Our goal in Treasure Valley is clear: strong local operations with a lot of employment opportunities. The vision is to establish strong local operations on each continent on the planet.
